This Assisi is truly grouse! Much bigger than I thought. And much more beautiful. Around every corner there is beauty that would make you weep.
Today we toddled up to the tippy top of the town and found a Rocca Maggiore - a huge fortress. As a bonus there was a Banksy exhibition on display within its walls.
Brilliant!
Powerful!
All this while bathing in the glory of Labor and Helen Haines victories! [I would have preferred a win for the Maggies, but two out of three ain’t bad, and the Cats played well].
